Novanimus is a coaching practice based on Christian principles dedicated to helping individuals and couples to deal with difficult situations.

So often the challenges in life will deplete us of hope. Our mission is to guide our clients to find direction and solutions in order to renew their spirit and live life as God designed it.

Our coaches Earnie and Debbie have coached many individuals and couples through personal challenges as well as back from the brink of divorce.  They have seen barriers removed and hearts changed which led to positive outlooks, strategies and hope for their clients.

Offering individual and marriage coaching based on Christian principles they help renew and equip each person with skills and insight to achieve God’s plan for their lives.

Our coaching sessions are highly individualized and are based on the specific issues you want to discuss.  The meetings take place during scheduled times which may be conducted face to face, over the phone or through Facetime.  They will identify underlying issues, roadblocks or expectations that cause struggles in decision making, relationships or just adjusting to changes in life.  Then build understanding, direction and clarity to create new perspectives and strategies to deal with the complications being faced, they will help you implement a goal oriented plan and focus on developing practical solutions in a safe and supported environment.
